16. Refunds

16.1. All consultations are analyzed by licensed doctors.
16.2. If, after analysis, the doctor concludes that it is not medically safe to issue a prescription, the user will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid, excluding bank reimbursement fees.
16.3. This decision is final and based solely on medical and patient safety criteria.
16.4. The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 working days, by the same payment method.

17. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

17.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
17.2. In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts is competent, unless otherwise provided by law.
