16.1. All consultations are analyzed by licensed doctors.16.2. If, after analysis, the doctor concludes that it is not medically safe to issue a prescription<\/b>, the user will be entitled to a refund of 100%<\/b> of the amount paid, excluding bank reimbursement fees.16.3. This decision is final and based solely on medical and patient safety criteria.16.4. The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 working days<\/b>, by the same payment method.
